Kumeu Gym is owned and operated by a fantastic husband-wife team, Rob and Cassie Keegan.
Based in Kumeu, north-west Auckland, they have all kinds of group fitness classes, social netball games, one-on-one personal training options, group training options, and programs specifically designed to aid elderly people keep active.
